Cowboy Butter Smashed Potatoes

with dijon, butter & chili

There’s nothing quite like a side of crispy smashed potatoes with a fluffy center. Toss them with the included Cowboy Liquid Gold™ for garlic, Dijon, and a little heat — add as much or as little as you like to customize to your tastebuds. Made with baby potatoes and just the right amount of salt, they cook up quick and easy in the air fryer or oven.

  1. Preheat to 400°F. 

  2. Arrange potatoes without overcrowding. 

  3. Cook 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway, until fully heated (heat to a minimum of 165°F). 

  4. Thaw Liquid Gold™ packet in warm water for 5–10 minutes (do not microwave).

  5. Squeeze Liquid Gold™ into a mixing bowl.

  6. Place cooked potatoes into the bowl and toss to coat.
