Ingredients
2 Lbs butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tsp Kinder’s Buttery Poultry Blend Seasoning or Kinder's Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Toss the cubed squash with olive oil and Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning until evenly coated.
Spread the squash in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet, making sure pieces aren’t crowded.
Roast, stirring the squash every 5-7 minutes during cooking, until tender and golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
