Ingredients
2 lbs flank steak or skirt steak
1½ Cups Kinder’s Garlic Grilling Glaze & Marinade (¾ cup if using as a glaze)
2 Tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning (only if using as a Glaze)
Instructions
If you are short on time, the product can be used as a cooking glaze. If doing so, season meat with 2 tbsp. Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning and baste with Kinder’s Garlic Grilling Glaze & Marinade each time you flip the steak in Step 4.
Place flank steak in a ziplock bag or large casserole dish and cover with Kinder’s Garlic Grilling Glaze & Marinade. Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Remove flank steak from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature before cooking.
Preheat the grill for a medium-high direct heated cooking area (400°-425°F) and an indirect heated cooking area (no flame).
Place steak over direct heat and cook until browned, approximately 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook over direct heat for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Once browned on both sides, flip again, move to the indirect heated area, and close the grill. Remove steak once it reaches an internal temperature of 120°-125°F.
Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.
