Grilled Snapper

This Grilled Snapper is a simple, flavorful way to cook white fish on the grill. Seasoned with Kinder’s Spicy Garlic Crunch Seasoning, the fish develops a light char and bold, savory flavor while staying tender and flaky. It’s an easy recipe that works for any night of the week, and we especially love serving it as grilled fish sandwiches topped with Tartar Sauce for a fresh, satisfying bite.
Ingredients
4 white fish fillets, about 5 to 6 ounces each (mahi-mahi, grouper, snapper, or cod work well)
2 Tbsp melted butter or olive oil (traditionally butter)
1 Tbsp neutral oil for oiling grill grates
Lemon wedges for finishing
For Grilled Fish Sandwiches
4 brioche or potato buns
1 Tbsp butter for toasting buns
4 leaves crisp lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
Instructions
Preheat a grill to medium high heat and lightly oil or spray the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fish lightly with the melted butter or olive oil, then coat generously on all sides with Kinder’s Spicy Garlic Crunch Seasoning so a bold crust forms when grilled.
Spray or oil the grill one more time then place the seasoned fish onto the hot grill and cook undisturbed for about 3 to 4 minutes until the fish develops a dark, flavorful crust and releases easily from the grates. Carefully flip and grill another 3 to 4 minutes until the fish is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with your favorite salad and sides or build into a sandwich topped with our Tartar Sauce recipe, lettuce, and tomato on toasted brioche buns.
