Ingredients
2 lbs peeled & deveined shrimp
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking soda (optional, see tip)
Also works great with
Kinder's Lemon Butter Garlic Seasoning
Instructions
Prep your grill to 500°F. Allow the grill grates to preheat for a few minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
Marinate the Shrimp in a large bowl by tossing shrimp with olive oil, baking soda (optional, see Pro Tip), and Kinder’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning until evenly coated.
Thread onto two parallel skewers to prevent rotation while grilling, with 6–8 shrimp per set. Set aside for a minimum of 10 minutes to allow shrimp to marinate in the seasoning.
Position the shrimp skewers over the hot coals and cook for 4–6 minutes, flipping occasionally, until pink and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill, slide shrimp off skewers, and serve alongside your favorite sides. Serve with grilled vegetables and a salad.
Pro Tip: Marinating shrimp in baking soda helps improve their texture by making them plumper and more tender.
