Sweet & Sour Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb shrimp (about 16-20 depending on size), peeled and deveined

  • 1 Cup Kinder’s Sweet & Sour Wing Sauce & Dip

  • 1 tsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided

  • ½ tsp sesame oil

  • 1 Cup red bell pepper ¾-inch dice

  • 1 Cup zucchini ¼-inch slices

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp minced ginger

  • 1 Cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 tsp sliced green onion

  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dry your shrimp with paper towels, then toss with Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning in a medium bowl.

  2. Heat a wok or large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and sesame oil.

  3. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp in a single layer. Do not move for 1 minute. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer cooked shrimp to a clean plate.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan. Once hot, add the bell pepper and zucchini. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add in the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  6. Add in the pineapple and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  7. Pour in the Kinder’s Sweet & Sour Wing Sauce, stir and cook until simmering, about 2 minutes.

  8. Add the cooked shrimp, stir to combine, and cook until shrimp are warmed through, about 2 minutes.

  9. Serve sweet and sour shrimp garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

  10. Serve over or alongside rice for a filling meal.
