
This sweet heat one-pan chicken dinner is sure to be a hit with everyone at the table. With sweet brown sugar and a little kick of Chipotle heat, this seasoning does the heavy lifting to pack this simple dinner with tons of flavor.
Ingredients
6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
3 Tbsp olive oil, separated
2 bell peppers, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 onion, cut into bite-sized chunks
2 zucchini, cut into bite-sized coins
2 cups mushrooms, cleaned and stems clipped
3 Tbsp Kinder’s Sweet Heat Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Toss chicken and veggies with olive oil and Kinder’s Sweet Heat Seasoning.
Place chicken and veggies on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 30-35 minutes.
Let chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
