Ingredients
3-4 slices of leftover turkey per sandwich
4 pieces of sliced bread
1 Tbsp leftover cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
¼ Cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Kinder’s Crispy Fried Onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Wrap sliced turkey in a piece of foil with butter, and a pinch of Kinder's Buttery Poultry Blend Seasoning. Put on a baking tray and heat until hot (about 10 min).
While turkey is warming, mix mayo and remaining Kinder's Buttery Poultry Blend Seasoning in a bowl and set aside.
Once turkey is hot, remove from oven and toast bread at 325°F until golden brown.
Once the bread and turkey are ready, spread the mayo mixture evenly on the bread. Pile sliced turkey, leftover cranberry sauce, and Kinder's Crispy Fried Onions on one slice of bread, then top with the other slice.
