Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 Tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 8 Tbsp Kinder’s Sticky Honey BBQ Wing Sauce & Dip, 2 Tbsp separated

  • 1 Cup white rice, uncooked

  • 4 Cups, romaine lettuce, washed and shredded

  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 Cup red onion, finely diced

  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced

  • 1 large avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken into 1 to 3/4 inch cubes for consistent cooking.

  2. In a bowl, toss the diced chicken with Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning.

  3. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the diced chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer, and sear for 3-4 minutes without stirring to get a golden-brown crust. Stir the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F, about 6-8 minutes overall.

  5. Reduce the heat to low. Pour 2 tbsp. of Kinder’s Sticky Honey BBQ Wing Sauce & Dip over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat evenly, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce caramelizes slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

  6. While cooking the chicken, prepare your rice. To make white rice on the stovetop, rinse 1 cup of rice, combine it with 2 cups of water in a pot, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed, then fluff with a fork.

  7. In individual bowls, divvy and spread out 1/2 cup cooked rice and 1 cup of romaine lettuce in each. Top them with 3 to 4 oz. cooked chicken, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, a sliced hard-boiled egg, and 3 to 4 avocado slices.

  8. Drizzle the tops with the remaining Kinder’s Sticky Honey BBQ Wing Sauce & Dip and enjoy!
