Slow-Cooker BBQ Pork

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs Pork Shoulder

  • 3/4 Cup Ketchup

  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Packet Kinder’s Brown Sugar BBQ Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and seasoning into slow cooker and stir.

  2. Turn slow-cooker on low and add pork. Cover and cook 8 hours.

  3. Remove pork and cool for 10 to 20 minutes. Shred into pieces and add back to sauce.

  4. Serve on rolls or with sides of your choice.
