Ingredients
1½ lbs Pork Shoulder
3/4 Cup Ketchup
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Packet Kinder’s Brown Sugar BBQ Seasoning
Instructions
Place ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and seasoning into slow cooker and stir.
Turn slow-cooker on low and add pork. Cover and cook 8 hours.
Remove pork and cool for 10 to 20 minutes. Shred into pieces and add back to sauce.
Serve on rolls or with sides of your choice.
