Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

With our buttermilk marinade and oven technique, you’ll get chicken wings with a juicy center and that perfect crunch every time. Ingredients
MARINADE
2 Cups Buttermilk
WINGS
2 lb Party Wings (Mix of Drums and Flats)
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
SAUCE (optional for serving)
Instructions
STEP 1
Combine buttermilk and Kinder’s All Purpose seasoning.

STEP 2
Pour into a gallon-size plastic bag and add wings. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 12 hours (up to 24 hours).

STEP 3
Pre-heat oven to 375°F on the convection setting.
While oven is heating, remove wings from marinade. Using a paper towel, pat excess marinade off the wings.

STEP 4
Once wings are dry, place them into a mixing bowl and add cooking oil to lightly coat.

STEP 5
Place wings onto a baking sheet with the skin side up and sprinkle lightly with additional Kinder’s All Purpose seasoning.

STEP 6
Place wings in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

STEP 7
After 15 minutes, rotate the pan from back to front to allow the wings to cook evenly. Cook an additional 10 minutes.

STEP 8
Remove wings from the oven and flip them. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until wings are crispy.

STEP 9
Allow wings to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

STEP 10
Toss in your favorite sauce or serve with the dip of your choice.
