Signature Chicken Wings

Is it even game day without wings in the spread? Our signature wing recipe has a long marination, but is quick with hands-on time. Flavor packed buttermilk marinade and an oven bake result in juicy wings with crispy skin. Serve them your way—finish with dipping sauces on the side or toss your wings in our Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce & Dip.

Instructions

  1. Combine buttermilk and Kinder’s All Purpose seasoning.

  2. Pour into a gallon-size plastic bag and add wings. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 12 hours (up to 24 hours).

  3. Pre-heat oven to 375°F on the convection setting.

  4. While oven is heating, remove wings from marinade. Using a paper towel, pat excess marinade off the wings.

  5. Once wings are dry, place them into a mixing bowl and add cooking oil to lightly coat.

  6. Place wings onto a baking sheet with the skin side up and sprinkle lightly with additional Kinder’s All Purpose seasoning.

  7. Place wings in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  8. After 15 minutes, rotate the pan from back to front to allow the wings to cook evenly. Cook an additional 10 minutes.

  9. Remove wings from the oven and flip them. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until wings are crispy.

  10. Allow wings to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  11. Serve with the sauce or dip of your choice.
