Pork Ribs with Black Cherry Chipotle

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F. (Recipe can be replicated on a smoker with similar timing and temperatures)

  2. If needed, remove membrane from bottom of rack.

  3. Season both sides with Black Cherry Chipotle Seasoning, utilizing 1 ½ Tablespoons per side.

  4. Place in oven on a lined baking pan and bake at 275°F for 1 ½ hours (bone side up to develop color).

  5. While cooking, mix Original BBQ Sauce with apple cider vinegar.

  6. When ribs are brown, mop lightly with BBQ sauce mixture.

  7. Flip ribs and continue cooking to brown top side, approximately 1 ½ hours more.

  8. Lightly mop the top side and wrap the roasting pan in aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
