
This easy air fryer popcorn chicken is a perfect quick and satisfying meal for the whole family. Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
1 Cup Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Crispy Panko Blend or other panko crumbs
1/2 Cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
Cooking spray
Instructions
Set Air Fryer to 390°-400°F.
Cut chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes.
Place flour, beaten eggs, and Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Crispy Panko Blend into three separate shallow dishes.
Grab one chicken piece and first dip it into the flour, shaking off excess. Then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the Kinder’s Crispy Panko Blend Woodfired Garlic Coating. Repeat with the other chicken pieces.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the coated chicken in one layer. (NOTE: Be sure not to crowd the fryer basket and leave a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking.)
Spray the tops with a little more cooking spray.
Place in the air fryer at 390°-400°F and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve with Kinder’s Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and enjoy!
