Mediterranean Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Ground Beef (or alternative)

  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Diced

  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs*

  • 1/4 Cup Milk

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 Packet Kinder’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and seasoning in a mixing bowl. The add meat and onions and mix until fully combined.

  3. Form into 1½-ounce balls. Place on baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.

  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F and are fully cooked. Serve with toppings and sides of your choice.

* We recommend panko-style breadcrumbs. You can also use crushed crackers.
