Ingredients
1 lbs Ground Beef (or alternative)
1 Medium Yellow Onion, Diced
½ Cup Bread Crumbs*
¼ Cup Milk
2 Large Eggs
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Mix breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and Kinder's Garlic & Herb Seasoning in a mixing bowl. The add meat and onions and mix until fully combined.
Form into 1½-ounce balls. Place on baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F and are fully cooked. Serve with toppings and sides of your choice.
* We recommend panko-style breadcrumbs. You can also use crushed crackers.
