Loaded Air Fryer Fries with Woodfired Garlic

Ingredients

2 large Yukon potatoes

2 Tbsp oil (olive or canola)

Kinder's Woodfired Garlic Seasoning

Kinder's The Blend Seasoning

Kinder's Gold BBQ Sauce

1-2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

½ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp sour cream

2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into ½ inch sticks

  2. Add potatoes large bowl and fill with cold water to soak for about 20 minutes

  3. Bring 6 Cups of water to a boil, and boil soaked potatoes for 3-5 minutes (or until the potatoes are partly cooked but still firm

  4. Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel, transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season with Woodfired Garlic Seasoning and gently toss until evenly coated

  5. Place one layer of potatoes to the air fryer basket, set Air Fryer to 400°F and cook for 20 minutes

  6. Once done, transfer the fries to a bowl/baking sheet and repeat for the remaining portions of potatoes

  7. Season with Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning and The Blend Seasoning

  8. Line Air Fryer basket with foil

  9. Add half of the fries to the basket, sprinkle with both cheeses and bacon bits, layer remaining fries and top with the rest of the cheese and bacon

  10. Cook for 1 ½ to 2 minutes in air fryer at 350 F, or until the cheese is melted

  11. Transfer to a plate and top with sour cream, Kinder's Gold BBQ Sauce, and green onions
