Ingredients

1 lb Yukon potatoes (cut into quarters)

2 red bell peppers (sliced)

1 onion (sliced)

2 Tbsp Kinder’s Italian Chicken Seasoning

1 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the quartered Yukon potatoes, sliced red bell peppers, and sliced onion.
