
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Fire up the grill for this bold and flavorful Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Kinder’s Sweet Chili Garlic Wing & Chicken Sauce! Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
4 sandwich rolls (brioche, ciabatta, or your favorite)
1 tomato, sliced
4 pieces of lettuce
1/2 red onion, sliced
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
8 Tbsp Kinder’s Sweet Chili Garlic Wing & Chicken Sauce
Instructions
Preheat grill for medium-high direct heat (400–425°F) and prepare an indirect heated (no flame) cooking area.
Season chicken breasts with Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning. If the breasts are thick, pound them out to ensure even thickness for even cooking.
Place the chicken over direct heat and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Assemble the sandwich on a toasted bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, red onion, grilled chicken, and a generous portion of Kinder's Sweet Chili Garlic Wing & Chicken Sauce.
Serve with a side of extra sauce for dipping!
