Whether it’s for Thanksgiving or an easy weeknight meal, we think that stuffing deserves to be the dish that disappears first. With just a few steps and only 25 minutes of baking time, you can create a deliciously satisfying dish that complements roasted meats or poultry.
Ingredients
1 box Kinder’s Homestyle Stuffing Mix
1 Cup chicken broth
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp butter*
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Grease a 8"x 8" baking dish with butter or cooking spray. A 9"x 9" will also work.
Using microwave or small saucepan, melt butter.
In a large mixing bowl, add chicken broth and eggs and whisk until combined. Stir in the Kinder's Homestyle Stuffing Mix and melted butter. Toss gently to combine. *For lower calorie option, you can leave out the butter.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before baking to allow the bread cubes to soak up the liquid.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
