Whether it’s for Thanksgiving or an easy weeknight meal, we think that stuffing deserves to be the dish that disappears first. With just a few steps and only 30-35 minutes of baking time, you can create a deliciously satisfying dish that complements roasted meats or poultry.
Ingredients
1 box Kinder’s Homestyle Stuffing Mix
1½ Cup chicken broth
2 large eggs
4 Tbsp butter*
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Grease a 9"x 9" baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Using microwave or small saucepan, melt butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken broth and eggs. Whisk until thoroughly blended. Stir in the Kinder's Homestyle Stuffing Mix and melted butter. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes before baking, giving the bread cubes time to fully absorb the liquid. *For lower calorie option, you can leave out the butter.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm in the center. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
