Chipotle Pineapple Pork Chops

Let our Chipotle Pineapple Seasoning do the heavy lifting packing flavor into this simple pork chop dinner. A quick brine to ensure juiciness and Chipotle Pineapple Seasoning to bring a little sweetness and little heat to your pork chops.
Ingredients
2 center cut bone-in pork chops
4 Cups water
2-3 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp Kinder’s Chipotle Pineapple Seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Combine water and salt to make your brine solution. Lay pork chops in a single layer and pour brine solution over until they are fully submerged. Let sit for anywhere between 1/2 hour to 2 hours before cooking.
Remove pork chops from brine and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season pork chops on all sides with Kinder’s Chipotle Pineapple Seasoning.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet and sear pork chops for approximately 4-7 minutes per side, depending on chop size. Cook until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
If more time is needed to reach temperature, continue to flip pork chop and cook for additional increments of 1-2 minutes per side.
Let rest for 15 minutes before serving with sides.
