Ingredients
2 center cut bone-in porkĀ chops
4 CupsĀ water
2-3 TbspĀ salt
3 Tbsp Kinderās Chipotle PineappleĀ Seasoning
2 Tbsp oliveĀ oil
Instructions
Combine water and salt to make your brine solution. Lay pork chops in a single layer and pour brine solution over until they are fully submerged. Let sit for anywhere between 1/2 hour to 2 hours beforeĀ cooking.
Remove pork chops from brine and pat dry with a paperĀ towel.
Season pork chops on all sides with Kinderās Chipotle PineappleĀ Seasoning.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet and sear pork chops for approximately 4-7 minutes per side, depending on chop size. Cook until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
If more time is needed to reach temperature, continue to flip pork chop and cook for additional increments of 1-2 minutes perĀ side.
Let rest for 15 minutes before serving withĀ sides.
