Ingredients

  • 2 New York Strip steaks (12 oz each)

  • 3 Tbsp Kinder's Chili Crunch Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

  • 1 bunch of asparagus

  • 2 baked potatoes (with your preference of toppings)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and heat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Drizzle the cooking oil over the New York Strip steaks and the asparagus, then rub evenly to coat. Season both the steaks and the asparagus generously with Kinder's Chili Crunch Seasoning.

  3. Place the baked potatoes directly on the oven rack and cook for about 60 minutes, or until they are tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.

  4. Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired level of doneness. At the same time, add the asparagus to the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

  5. After grilling, transfer the steaks to a plate and let them rest for 10 minutes. This helps to keep them juicy. Finishing move: Slice the steaks and serve alongside the grilled asparagus and baked potatoes. For the baked potatoes, consider adding a variety of toppings such as butter, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and chopped green onions.
