Ingredients

  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon (8-10 slices) 

  • 3 Tbsp Kinder’s Honey Brown Sugar seasoning 

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup, then place a wire rack on top of the sheet pan. Using a rack allows the bacon to cook evenly and become crisp while excess fat drips away.

  2. Place the bacon strips into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle the Kinder’s Honey Brown Sugar seasoning evenly over the bacon, then toss gently until all of the strips are well coated. This ensures the seasoning is distributed evenly across every piece.

  3. Transfer the seasoned bacon strips to the prepared wire rack, arranging them in a single layer without overlapping.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the bacon is caramelized, sticky, and crisp to your liking. Thick-cut bacon may take a few extra minutes, so keep an eye on the edges to prevent burning.

  5. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the bacon to cool on the rack for several minutes so the glaze can set. Once slightly cooled, transfer the candied bacon to a serving platter.
