Ingredients
4 bone in, skin on chicken breasts, excess fat trimmed
2 Tablespoons neutral oil
Kinder's Brown Sugar Seasoning
Kinder's Original BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ Sauce)
Instructions
Preheat the grill to high (450°F). If using charcoal, set up grill for direct and indirect grilling.
Blot chicken dry with paper towels.
Lightly coat chicken with oil and generously season all sides with Brown Sugar Seasoning.
Place chicken on grill, skin side down and cook for about 4 minutes. Flip chicken and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Move chicken to indirect heat (or decrease heat to about 375) and continue to grill for about 35 minutes, tuning every 5 minutes.
When chicken reaches about 155°F, baste with BBQ sauce (if using).
Continue to cook for 5-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove chicken from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with Original BBQ Sauce if desired. Enjoy!
