Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin cap

  • 2 ½ Tbsp Kinder's Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

  • 1 can hearts of palm (sliced into coins)

  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes

  • 2 avocados (split, seasoned, and grilled)

  • 2 ears corn (seasoned, grilled, and cut from the cob)

  • Olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the sirloin cap with cooking oil so it’s well-coated. Season the steak evenly with Kinder's Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning.

  3. Place the seasoned steak on the grill and cook it to your preferred level of doneness. This usually takes about 4-6 min per side, depending on thickness and how well you like it cooked. Note: We recommend the following temperatures for desired doneness: 120°F Rare, 130°F Medium Rare, 140°F Medium, 150°F Medium Well, 160°F Well Done.

  4. Once done, take the steak off the grill and let it rest for about 10 min. This helps the juices settle for a more tender bite.

  5. While the steak is resting, chop up the corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and hearts of palm in a bowl. Feel free to drizzle some olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste if you like!

Finishing Move: Slice the rested steak into strips and divide it among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with the delicious salad mixture.
