  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the mushrooms in a large roasting pan or baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp of olive oil and season with 1½ tsp of salt.

  4. Toss to coat evenly, then roast the mushrooms for about 25 minutes, or until tender.

  5. While the mushrooms are roasting, make your marinade.

  6. Combine garlic, Kinder's Gold Label Black Garlic BBQ Sauce, 1 Tbsp olive oil, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, and Kinder's The Blend Seasoning in a large mixing bowl.

  7. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  8. Once the mushrooms are roasted and tender, add them to the marinade and mix thoroughly.

  9. Enjoy marinated mushrooms immediately while warm or as a room temperature side dish.
