Instructions

  1. Clean potatoes under cold water and dry thoroughly.

  2. Cut potatoes into wedges. Start by slicing each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into four long quarters. Lay each quarter flat and slice it to form two or three wedge-shaped pieces. Place cut potato wedges into a large mixing bowl. (See Tip)

  3. Season with 1 Tbsp of Kinder’s Steakhouse Potato Seasoning, cooking oil, and cornstarch. Toss the potatoes in the bowl to season evenly. (See Tip)

  4. Set air fryer to 425°F to preheat.

  5. Lay your seasoned potato wedges in an even layer into the basket of the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes. Check on potatoes after 20 minutes to ensure they are cooking evenly. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook in batches.

  6. Once your potato wedges are golden brown, remove from air fryer and season with the remaining 1/2 Tbsp of Kinder’s Steakhouse Potato Seasoning. Serve right away with your favorite dipping sauces.

Tip #1

Soaking the cut wedges under cold water for 30 minutes results in crispier potato wedges.

Tip #2

Cornstarch helps give crunchier edges. It’s a small step that can make a noticeable difference, but the recipe can be made without it.
