Korean BBQ Pork

This flavorful Korean BBQ recipe features tender grilled pork seasoned with bold, savory-sweet flavor from Kinder’s Korean BBQ Seasoning. Serve it tucked into crisp lettuce wraps or build an easy rice bowl for a satisfying meal any night of the week. Finish with a drizzle of Kinder’s Korean BBQ Wing Sauce for extra depth and a glossy, crave-worthy finish.
Ingredients
2 lb pork shoulder or pork butt, sliced into ¼-inch thick pieces
2 Tbsp Kinder’s Korean BBQ Seasoning
2 Tbsp neutral cooking oil
Optional Garnishes for Serving
Sliced green onions
Sesame seeds
Lettuce leaves for wrapping
Steamed rice, for serving
Kimchi, for serving
Instructions
Start by slicing the pork shoulder across the grain into bite-sized pieces about ¼-inch thick. Place the pork into a large mixing bowl.
Season the pork generously with Kinder’s Korean BBQ Seasoning, tossing well so all pieces are evenly coated. Let the pork sit for about 10 to 15 minutes while you prepare the grill.
Prepare your grill for high heat cooking. Light a full chimney of charcoal or preheat a gas grill to medium-high heat, about 450°F to 500°F. Clean and oil the grill grates well to prevent sticking.
Once the grill is hot, brush the grill again lightly with neutral oil. Place the pork pieces directly over the hottest part of the grill in a single layer. Grill quickly, about 2 minutes per side, until the pork is caramelized, slightly charred at the edges, and cooked through. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
Transfer the grilled pork to a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or lettuce wraps, kimchi, and provide Kinder’s Sweet & Spicy Korean Wing Sauce and Dip on the side for dipping and added heat.
