Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This pork tenderloin on the grill is a simple way to bring bold BBQ flavor to your dinner lineup. Seasoned with Kinder’s Cherry Brown Sugar Seasoning, the pork develops a flavorful crust while staying tender and juicy inside. Quick to cook and easy to slice and serve, it’s a great option for weeknight grilling or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 to 1 1/2 lb each)
2 Tbsp olive oil (or neutral oil)
Instructions
Remove the pork tenderloins from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before grilling so they can come closer to room temperature. Pat the pork dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick and promote a good sear on the grill.
Rub each tenderloin all over with olive oil, then season generously with Cherry Brown Sugar Seasoning, pressing it into the surface so it adheres well.
Prepare your grill for direct high heat. Light a charcoal grill or preheat a gas grill so the grates reach approximately 450°F to 500°F. Oil the grill grates well to prevent sticking.
Place the seasoned pork tenderloins directly over the hottest part of the grill. Grill for about 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning occasionally so all sides get good contact and the pork develops a caramelized crust from the Cherry Brown Sugar seasoning. Continue grilling until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin reads 145°F (for well done). Allow for carry-over cooking as the pork rests off the heat.
Once cooked, move the tenderloins to a cutting board and let them rest for 10 minutes. This resting period helps the juices redistribute and keeps the pork juicy when sliced.
Slice the pork tenderloins into medallions and transfer them to a serving platter. Serve with an arugula and dried cherry salad or your favorite sides.
