  1. Preheat grill for direct and indirect heated cooking areas, aiming for a direct heat temp around 400-425°F.

  2. While the grill heats, season chicken quarters with Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning.

  3. Sear chicken over the direct heated cooking area for 2 - 4 minutes per side, moving often to get an even char.

  4. Move chicken to the indirect heated cooking area, close the lid, and cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 30 minutes.

  5. Let chicken rest for 15 minutes before serving with your favorite grilled veggies.
