Ingredients
2 Pork Tenderloins, 1-1½ lbs each
Instructions
Marinate the pork tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag with 1 cup of Kinder’s Teriyaki Grilling Glaze & Marinade. Seal the bag securely and gently massage the contents to ensure the tenderloins are evenly coated. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop.
While Tenderloins marinate, prepare your grill with both direct and indirect heat cooking zones. Let Grill preheat for 5-10 minutes.
Remove Pork Tenderloins from marinade and lay out onto a tray. Discard any extra marinade, but do not wipe off the tenderloin, you’ll want it nice and coated as it hits the grill.
Position the pork tenderloins over direct heat. Sear, turning frequently, until evenly browned on all sides, approximately 10 minutes total.
Transfer the tenderloins to the cooler side of the grill and continue cooking, rotating occasionally, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 120–125°F for medium-rare, or 130–135°F for medium.
Remove from the grill and glaze with additional Kinder’s Teriyaki Grilling Glaze & Marinade.
Allow the meat to rest on a carving board for 10 minutes before slicing.
