Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients
For the Wings
2 lb chicken wings, flats and drums separated
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 fresh lemon, for zest
1½ tsp kosher salt
For Finishing
½ to ¾ cup Kinder’s Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce
Instructions
Rinse the wings under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels. For best results, place the wings uncovered on a rack in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours to further dry the skin.
Place the wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle with baking powder and kosher salt, toss thoroughly until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 - 5 minutes.
Arrange the wings in a single layer, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 175°F and the skin is golden and crispy.
Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl. Pour Kinder’s Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated. The heat from the wings will help the sauce cling and slightly tighten on the surface. While still in the bowl zest 1ea fresh lemon over the wings and toss again.
Serve immediately while crispy and glossy.
