Ingredients
1 packet Kinder’s Chicken Chili Seasoning
1 lb ground chicken
6 oz chicken stock
1 can of kidney beans (16 oz, drained)
4 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)
Optional toppings: Sour cream, sliced jalapeños, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the ground chicken over medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the Kinder’s Chicken Chili Seasoning, chicken stock, and cubed Velveeta cheese to the pot. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
Add the drained kidney beans and continue to cook over medium heat until the chili reaches your desired thickness.
