Buttery Garlic & Herb Chicken Brine

This Buttery Garlic & Herb Chicken Brine is a simple way to add flavor and help chicken stay juicy while cooking. Ingredients
1 gallon cold water
⅓ cup kosher salt
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Instructions
In a large container or stockpot, combine the cold water, kosher salt, brown sugar, Kinder’s Buttery Poultry Blend Seasoning, and smashed garlic. Stir until the salt and sugar dissolve completely.
Submerge the chicken in the brine, ensuring it is fully covered.
For whole chicken, refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. For breasts and thighs, refridgerate for 1-2 hours.
