
Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza crust or dough rolled out to pizza size
1/2 to 1 Cup Kinder's Original BBQ Sauce or your favorite Kinder's Sauce (depending on size and desired sauciness)
1 Cup shredded Mozzarella
Protein of choice (grilled chicken, pulled pork, tri tip...sky's the limit)
3 strips bacon, crumbled
¼ red onion, sliced
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Kinder's Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Spread BBQ sauce on crust to desired level of sauciness, leaving a half inch around perimeter for crust. (Bonus tip: lightly oil the un-sauced section and dust with your favorite Kinder's seasoning for a crust everyone will eat!)
Cover sauce with shredded mozzarella, and all other chosen toppings aside from fresh cilantro
Bake according to dough instructions, remove from oven, top with fresh ingredients and a drizzle of sauce
